Windext fourth transnational project meeting took place on April 6th at the Wind Europe fair in Bilbao. During the TPM in bilbao, the partners had the chance to discuss the progress of the project with physical presence after a long time. The deliverables were evaluated and the future moves discussed.

After the completion of the meeting, the team presented the project at the international exhibition WindEurope2022 which took place in Bilbao the next day of the TPM.

On the 4th, 5th and 6th of April, the 4th Transnational Partner Meeting of the project “TOOLS” was hosted by our university in Nicosia. It was lovely to have our partners here in Cyprus.

The Project stems from the belief that foreign languages, English in particular, form a very powerful platform for enhanced education and personal development for learners with different individual needs. However, EFL teachers must have effective awareness of a variety of needs and cope with them in their lessons. The project main goal is to prepare pre- and in-service EFL teachers to face diversity in the EFL classroom.

EPSILON – European Platform for Data Science: Incubation, Learning, Operations and Network

Project EPSILON addresses the needs of both European Data for Good initiatives and HE institutions.
Together with a leading European initiative, Data Science for Social Good Portugal, we will design
tailored workflows and tools for European initiatives. We will set up a European Knowledge Platform
and initiate a new Data for Good initiative in Lithuania. The gained experience and knowledge will be
transformed into target group specific learning material for higher education students, teachers, and
alumni.

SEIT Research Laboratory (Software Engineering and Internet Technologies Laboratory) of the Computer Science department of the University of Cyprus participates in the EPSILON project, started in February 2022, with a duration of 36 months.

EPSILON is funded through the Erasmus + KA220-HED – Cooperation partnerships in higher education. The partnership includes the following organizations:

We are responsible for the technical part of the project! We created a material repository so that files can be uploaded to the site, for users to view!

UCY as the technical partners is in the process of developing the platform, which at this points is developed to accommodate all results and data collected in IO1 of the project, we still working on it with positive vibes!!!

ICD4TVET Erasmus+ Project

ICD4TVET project is an Erasmus+ project’s aim is to develop an open innovation concept and an approach to optimize and accelerate the process of creating curricula in the technical VET sector. 

This practical contribution is expected to be achieved by suggesting an Interactive Methodology for VET Curricula development able to incorporate market trends/needs and respond to them in a fairly limited amount of time. This will be implemented through a digital platform with the appropriate tools to modify the curricula automatically.

The European project ICD4TVET: “Interactive Methodology for VET Curricula“, held its Kick-Off Translational Project Meeting, with the physical presence of the partners in November, 2019 in Athens, Greece.

It was a very productive TPM for the #ErasmusPlus #ICD4TVET project.
