Pyrros is currently member of the Special Teaching Staff at the Department of Computer Science of the University of Cyprus. He holds a Ph.D. (2005) and M.Sc. (2001) in Fundamental Computer Science and Application from the Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée. In the past, he served as a Temporary Professor Assistant (ATER in french) at the Laboratoire d'Informatique Gaspard-Monge of the Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée and as a Research Associate and invited Lecturer in the Computer Science Department of the University of Cyprus where he was involved in the EU-funded projects.
His research interests include Mobile ad-hoc networks and Software Engineering.
