โจ On May 20โ21, 2025, the SEIT Lab team from the University of Cyprus participated in the 3rd Transnational Meeting of the Erasmus+ AWKE Project in beautiful A Coruรฑa, Spain.
Over two days, we collaborated with partners from across Europe at the Facultad de Ciencias de la Educaciรณn (UDC) to:
โ Review the progress of Work Packages 2โ5 โ Lead a European meeting on the role of digital tools in Erasmus+ projects โ Join discussions on immigrants in schools and youth employability through EURES โ Explore European institutions and their relevance in education โ Participate in a hands-on workshop on developing business plans in schools
We were also honoured to attend the official launch of the AWKE conference, with warm welcomes from the Vice-Rector, Dean, and project coordinators.
This TPM was not only productive but deeply enriching โ blending strategy, innovation, and meaningful connections. ๐ค๐

This project aims to: โ๏ธ Raise awareness about the importance of eHealth Literacy (eHL) in medical and allied health fields. โ๏ธ Assess the eHL skills of medical and allied health students using innovative self-assessment tools. โ๏ธ Enhance students’ eHL skills through hands-on strategies and interventions. โ๏ธ Provide evidence-based eHL recommendations for policy decision-makers. โ๏ธ Share the project’s results for a new and effective approach to eHL.
