Below are the registration fees for ISYC 2006. All fees are in Cyprus Pounds (CYP).
Currently £1 CYP = $2.2 to $2.25 USD, €1.7 to €1.75 Euro

The deadline for special discounted registration fees for early registration is June  30, 2006. Online registration after this date is still available, although not at discounted rates.

Hotel Reservation

In addition to registering to attend the conference, you should also separately reserve a hotel room at the Grecian Bay Hotel, where the conference will be held, Grecian Sands Hotel, or Grecian Park Hotel. The following table shows the special rates given for the conference attendants. All rates are in Cyprus Pounds (CYP).

The cut-off date for reserving rooms at special rates is 5:00 p.m. local time at the hotel on June 30, 2006. Please note that there is a limited number of rooms at this discounted rate and that these rates also include breakfast.

General Information

Conference Registration includes attendance at all conference sessions and exhibits on July 6 through July 7; Conference Lunches, and refreshment breaks on those days; one ticket to the Conference Banquet; and one copy of the Conference Proceedings (CD-ROM based). Note that breakfast is included in the special room price. Additional tickets for the Conference Banquet and additional copies of the Conference Proceedings are available at additional cost.

Payment Methods: Fees can be paid by credit card. Please note that personal or company checks cannot be accepted. Registration without payment will not be processed. The Registration Chair will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant is not mentioned. Nor will the Registration Chair accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.

All prices are in Cyprus Pounds (CYP). Payments in other currencies will not be accepted.

Credit Card
Payments are accepted with the following cards: American Express , Master Card , Visa , and Diners Club. Regretfully, other credit cards cannot be accepted.

Cancellation Information: Written requests for refunds must be received by the Registration Chair no later than June 23, 2006. Refunds are subject to a CYP £35 service charge. Registered participants who fail to attend or notify the Registration Chair of cancellation by the above date are subject to the full fee.
