Papers should be 10 pages long in the camera-ready IEEE style (2 columns, Times family font, 10pt size). Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts on or before May 28th, 2006 in PDF format. Please note that if you wish to exceed the length of 10 pages you must consult with us first (for this purpose please contact Andreas Pitsillides).
