The new version of the developer tools, which can be downloaded for free, offers access to great new features that will be available on Windows Phone 7.5. Visit the Windows Phone developer application hub, download the developer tools and start developing. Use existing tools that you are familiar with, such as Visual Studio and Expression Blend, to create great applications.
