Dear all, Iam sending you a questionnaire and I would be very grateful to complete it and send it back to me. The aim of this survey is to assist The European Commission in planning Framework 6, by providing information concerning factors affecting SME participation in EC RTD Programmes. The survey will gather opinions from small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs)* who have participated in a proposal under Framework 5. (Research Centres, research institutes, contract research organisations and consultants are not included in the survey). Responses from individual organisations will be kept confidential. Data will be aggregated and any individual comments will not be attributed to their originators. The European Commission (IST Programme) is aware of the survey and has provided contact information for SME proposers under FP5.
