Submission

All abstracts and papers should be submitted electronically at: https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/MOBIDE2008/

For every paper submission, authors must submit an abstract by Wednesday, March 19th March 26th, 2008 (11:59:59pm Eastern Standard Time - EST), and the full paper by Wednesday, March 26th April 2nd, 2008 (11:59:59pm Eastern Standard Time - EST).

Abstracts should be in plain text (max. 200 words) and should be accompanied by a set of keywords. Full papers must be in PDF form.

Full papers should be in the ACM proceedings format: at most 8 double-columned pages in 9pt font. The ACM formatting guidelines are located here (see Option 2: Alternate Style). The format of your submission must be for US Letter printing (8.5 by 11 inches). Note that A4 is not equivalent to US Letter.

Papers that do not adhere to the formatting requirements, including over-length papers, may be rejected without review. Duplicate submissions are not allowed.

Duplicate Submission Policy
A submission is considered a duplicate submission if, at any time during the time when the submission is under consideration, another paper exists with the following properties:

  1. the paper and the MobiDE submission have at least one author in common;
  2. the paper is more than 3 pages long, when formatted in the MobiDE format;
  3. the main technical content of the paper substantially overlaps that of the MobiDE submission; and
  4. the paper is published or under consideration for publication in a refereed journal or proceedings (electronic or printed) that is generally available (e.g., not limited to conference attendees).
