There are essentially two ways to get from/to the airport to/from the confernce venue (and Lemosos in general): By taxi or by renting a car.

Taxis are easily located ouside the airport (Larnaca or Paphos). Rental companies are located inside the airport (just before exiting the airport). Just follow the sings (either for taxi or rental companies).

You can arrange to have a taxi waiting for you at Larnaca or Paphos airport regardless of your flight arrival time by making a reservation with the Louis travel agency through their website. For example, you can arrange return rides (airport-hotel-aiport) on a 4-seater taxi at a total cost of 60 CyP (up to 4 persons share 60 CyP - one person pays the whole amount, two persons pay 30 CyP each, etc).  Simply complete the online form or give them a call.

Through the Louis travel agency you can also rent a car in advance and pick it up upon your arrival at the airport.
