How can one be active at their place of work?

We spend a huge proportion of our life at our areas of work. and while some workspaces can involve a lot of physical activity, many of us are working either from home or from the office where seating for prolonged ours at a time is not uncommon.

🚀 Exciting News! On, 09/10/23, marked the kickoff of our journey with our partners for the Erasmus Plus project: EDU-MENT- Education in Mental Health for Nurses in Home and Residential Care.

The meeting took place in Innsbruck, Austria!

The partners had the opportunity to meet and get to know each other for the first time in person.

During the meeting the objectives of the project as well as the different deliverables were discussed.

From our lab, Mr. Marios Kyprianou and Mr. Avgoustinos Vitali were presented!

At the 29th of September 2023 SEIT Lab participated at the European Researchers night and presented the platform of Bee-In to the participants of the event.

The event was for school students in the morning and for adults in the evening.

All the participants who came to our booth were very excited about the project.

They got to interact with the platform and the feedback we got was very positive.

Thank you to all who participated at this event.

Staying active IN TRAVEL.

Staying active in travel and on your daily commute is important, yet often overlooked.

The University of Cyprus presented the Blue Isles Project website and training platform (https://blueisles.eu/) at the event on 29th of September 2023 at the European Researchers’ Night: https://www.facebook.com/events/309304141692233. The morning session engaged school students while the afternoon session adults.

We are happy to report that people of all ages were informed and intrested at the project. We are very greatful for all the comments, feedback and support we received from the people who attended.

On the 26th and 27th of September we had the great opportunity to host the 4th Transnational Project Meeting for the project of EPSILON.

During the TPM all the partners updated their progress on the project results.

After very important discussions very important points and decisions were made for the development of the platform.

Keep an eye out for this project since its very promising!

Thank you to all the partners that attended and we are looking forward for the development of this project.
