ITAB 2009 Author Instructions

Copyright Form
Authors of accepted papers must complete and sign the IEEE Copyright Form no later than September 30th, 2009.

Please fill a .doc or a .pdf version of the IEEE Copyright Form, and send a signed and scanned copy to itab2009@easychair.org.

Requirements for preparing your document:

1. IMPORTANT: Authors should prepare IEEE Xplore compatible .pdf documents for their submissions. Conversions and checking for Xplore compatibility can be performed by www.pdf-express.org. Authors need to register (for free) before using the facility. The Conference ID required, is "itab09x".

2. Papers should strictly follow IEEE format and have a page limit of 4 pages. Extended papers of 5 or 6 pages will be considered, and the authors will be charged with an additional fee of 25 or 50 Euro, respectively.

3. You can use the template provided (click here to download the MS template)

4. Please be sure to add INDEX TERMS (KEYWORDS): Enter up to 5 keywords separated by commas after the abstract as displayed on the template.

5. At least one author of the paper must be registered at the appropriate full conference rate (Member, Non-member, Student member, Student non-member) in order to upload the final paper, and have the paper published in the proceedings. If complete payment of a registration fee is not received, authors will not be able to proceed with uploading their final manuscript. Once a manuscript has been uploaded, the registration fees cannot be refunded.

6. A registered author can have one paper.

7. Make sure to mention the paper number when registering for the conference.
