I have been an Assistant and then Associate Professor at the Computer Science Department,  University of Cyprus since 2001. Before that I was at the University College London, as a  Research Fellow (1996-1998) and a  Lecturer (1998-2001), part of the Computer Graphics and Virtual Environments group. I studied for my BSc in Computer Science and Statistics and for my PhD in Computer Graphics, at Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London.

My current research interests are in the broader area of Computer Graphics and include real-time rendering, visibility, crowd rendering and simulation, virtual and augmented reality and applications to cultural heritage.
