We were happy to participate in the 3rd Transnational Project Meeting of the eHELPED-iT project, held in Klaipeda, Lithuania 🇱🇹 on March 18–19, 2026.

The eHELPED-iT project aims to enhance electronic health literacy (eHL) among students and future healthcare professionals, empowering them to effectively access, understand, evaluate, and use digital health information in both academic and real-life contexts.

Over two productive days, partners came together to:
✔️ Review project progress and upcoming milestones
✔️ Advance the development of the eHealth Literacy (eHL) Web Platform
✔️ Shape the eHL Curriculum for students
✔️ Plan the upcoming Learning, Teaching & Training (LTT) activities
✔️ Strengthen dissemination strategies and future outreach

The meeting also provided valuable space for collaboration, reflection, and alignment across all work packages, ensuring we move forward with a shared vision.

Beyond the sessions, we had the opportunity to connect during a cultural tour of Klaipeda and a festive dinner, reinforcing the strong partnership behind the project.

Looking forward to the next steps in promoting electronic health literacy across Europe 🌍

EDU-MENT Project Update

From understanding real needs to developing practical solutions, EDU-MENT is supporting care workers across Europe to better address mental health and psychosocial challenges.

Now in the piloting phase, our blended learning programme and digital tools are being tested in real care environments in Cyprus, Austria, and Slovenia.

In March 2026, the consortium of our Erasmus+ project DigiRoot met in Sant Cugat, Barcelona, Spain to attend the final project meeting of the project and participate in the innovation conference of the European Multisport Club Association (EMCA). The conference was an amazing opportunity to showcase the project in an inviting and exciting environment, surrounded by innovations of the sport world at a European Level. An official institutional visit to Sant Cugat followed.

In March 2026, the consortium of our Erasmus+ project CodeCivics met once again. This time we were hosted by our partner TABANA NGO in the charming town of Bad Neustadt an der Saale, in Bavaria, Germany. During this meeting all past activities, mobility events, deliverables and dissemination activities were discussed and reflected upon. The project was slowly being wrapped and the final report prepared. This was the final physical meeting of a very active and eventful project for all of us. We thank the coordinator, the hosts, and all partners and participants of this project, and we are looking forward to new collaborations with them.

On Saturday, 28 February, an IT Workshop took place at the University of Cyprus, where members of our Lab had the opportunity to present the EDU-MENT project to participants.

During the session, attendees were introduced to the objectives of the project and learned more about the role of the University of Cyprus within the partnership.

It was a great opportunity to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and raise awareness about the EDU-MENT initiative.

On the 28th of February 2026, we were excited to take part in the 17th Computer Science Day 2026! Around 80 students from high schools and middle schools across Cyprus joined the event.

We presented our PrivacyLens policy upload page and PolicyScaper, explained the role of machine learning, and inspired students to explore more about regulatory compliance. We also had the chance to let them evaluate our tools and share direct feedback with us a great experience for everyone!

EU-COE (Cultivating positive Online gender Equality narratives among EU adolescents) is a transnational project funded under the CERV Programme. It addresses the growing challenge of online gender-based violence by fostering critical digital participation, promoting positive counter-narratives, and strengthening the capacity of young people, educators, and families. The project combines research, participatory methodologies, creative outputs, and dissemination activities to support gender equality and inclusive digital cultures at European level.
