An abstract book has been distributed to all the participants.

Delegates of NC2010 who would like to submit a paper for the planned Special Issue of Brain Research (Elsevier, IF = 2.5), which would contain a selection of papers presented at NC2010, should write to the Chairman, Chris Christodoulou at "nc2010@cs.ucy.ac.cy" by 20 November 2010, and inform him of their intention to submit a paper. The deadline for manuscript submission for the planned Special Issue of Brain Research has been set to 28 February 2011. Please note that submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed.
