George Pallis received his BSc (2001) and Ph.D. (2006) degree in Department of Informatics of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece). Currently, he is lecturer at the Computer Science Department, University of Cyprus. Previously he was Marie Curie Fellow (2007-2009) and visiting lecturer (2009) at the same department.
Pallis's research focuses on Internet computing with emphasis on content distribution networks, Grid and Cloud computing, vehicular networking, online social networks and Web data clustering.
