The conference will be held at Atlantica Aeneas Resort & Spa in Ayia Napa, Cyprus.

Aeneas Hotel is located in Ayia Napa is situated on the southeastern coast of the island. Once a sleepy fishing village, Ayia Napa is now most renowned for its lively night life, its excellent choice of shop, restaurants and bars, its picturesque harbour and of course its beautiful beaches. In fact, the coastline either side of Ayia Napa is decorated with arguably the most beautiful beaches found on the island with their fine white sand and clear turquoise waters.

AYIA NAPA Ayia Napa is home to significant history, including its medieval Monastery that was built around 1500 AD, originally as a women’s convent. West of Ayia Napa, a short 15-minute walk from the Aeneas, the Department of Antiquities has completed the excavation of 19 rock-cut tombs dating back to the Hellenistic and Roman periods. To the east of the tombs a small sanctuary has been excavated while part of an ancient quarry next to it has also been uncovered. Cape Greco, to the east of Ayia Napa, is a distinctive coastline with its imposing 10-metre see cliffs which feature natural caves sculpted by the sea into the rock.

NISSI BEACH The Aeneas Hotel - Atlantica Aeneas hotel sits in a quiet location, 2 km west of Ayia Napa town centre, and a stone-throw away from perhaps the most famous, and arguably the most beautiful beach on the island of Cyprus. It is distinguished by its own island, or “Nissi” in Greek, which is found on the west side of the beach and can be accessed by a stunning strip of white sand separating its two bays. Other unique features of Nissi Beach are its gently shelving shoreline and its very shallow and crystal clear waters. The beach offers plenty of facilities including watersports, restaurants and bars. All this can be reached within seconds from the Aeneas Hotel premises as the beach stands just 100 metres away. For those seeking a more secluded beach, there is a lovely cove less than ten minutes walk from the hotel towards Macronissos. Many beach-lovers find that the water temperature in Cyprus remains warm from mid April right through to mid- November and choose to travel in Spring or Autumn for a cooler and more tranquil setting.

CYPRUS Cyprus is a modern country that effortlessly marries European culture with ancient enchantment. Here you will discover a compact world of alluring beaches and fragrant mountain peaks, vineyards studded with olive trees, ancient ruins that stir the imagination, citrus groves and old stone villages where sweet wine flows as freely as conversations at the local café. Cyprus is a carefree place where a sense of timelessness is magnified by the kindness of its people.
