Conference Registration opens on 15/06/2010 and can only be made online on the Conference Online Registration Form

Notes:
- At least one author has to be registered with a full (non-student) registration fee for each paper accepted at the conference
- Authors registering for more than one paper, are requested to pay the Registration Fee for each paper
- Papers should be up to 8 pages. Additional pages are charged at EUR 50.00 per page.

Pre-Registration Deadline: 26/09/2010 (after 26/9/10 registrations will only be possible at the venue on the day of the conference)
Registration Fee Includes
- Admission to conference, workshop and tutorial sessions
- Booklet of Final Programme, Volume of IFIP-Springer Conference Proceedings and Workshop Proceedings (CD). Additional copies are charged at EUR 50.00 per copy
- Coffee breaks during conference
- 2 Lunches (including local drinks)
Accompanying Persons
Tickets to the conference lunches for accompanying persons can be ordered from the Conference Online Registration Form at the following cost:
- Lunches at Conference Venue (including local drinks): EUR 25.00 per lunch
Conference Dinner
The Conference Dinner will take place at a local Tavern on 7/10/10. It will be a Cyprus Night, with a traditional dances show, Cyprus Meze (traditional Cyprus food) and Drinks.
Transfer from/to the Tavern will be provided to all participants and accompanying persons registering for the Dinner
Payment Terms & Conditions
Please indicate the method of payment you prefer on the online Registration Form and we shall prepare and send you the Invoice by fax.
Payment to Tamasos Tours can be made either by Bank Transfer or by Credit Card. Details are given below.

Cancellation Policy for Accommodation and Registration
For Cancellations till 01/08/2010: 25% Cancellation Fee
For Cancellations 01/08-10/09/2010: 50% Cancellation Fee
For Cancellations after 11/09/2010: on Full Cancellation Fee
Important: Please note that no reservation will be confirmed with the hotel, unless we receive full payment in advance as per above terms.

Important:
- In case you wish to pay by bank transfer, please send us by fax the copy of the swift transfer as soon as you will make the payment.
- Please note that you will need to instruct your bank that we will need to receive clear and net in our bank account the full amount of the invoice, so all bank charges should be paid and covered by the payee before the remittance is made to our account. In case the payment is not received in full, the amount due will be collected from the participant upon registration at the conference venue.
2. By Credit Card In case you wish to pay by Credit Card, we shall send you together with the Invoice the Credit Card Authorisation Form for you to type-in, sign, and send it back to us by fax.
Important
- Upon your registration at the Conference Venue, you will need to come to the Tamasos Tours desk to sign and collect the receipt for the Credit Card payment.
- For all Credit Card payments, there is an extra 3% credit card bank charge.
