Availability of ACLP

The ACLP system has been implemented on top of the ECLiPSe language (Version 4.1) as a meta-interpreter. Thus, the ECLiPSe System has to be obtained and installed first.

The next step is to tranfer the ACLP meta-interpreter and load it on the ECLiPSe environment.
